Returns and Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can return the product within 7 days after receiving it if it has not been used or opened.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at official@innoutlab.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

Please check your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exception/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
